Return & Refund Policy

Due to our fully custom, handmade products, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges—instead, we love the chance to remake it perfectly!

Snow Globe Cups Note

Air bubbles are a natural, charming part of snow globe tumblers (just like real snow globes!). They’re not defects, so no worries there.

Damaged Orders

Spot damage? Contact us at smileymakes7@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery. Send clear photos of:

• The entire unopened package.

• Damaged item(s), with close-ups on affected areas.

We’ll help with opening a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/etc.). Once approved, we’ll remake and reship at no extra cost.

No claim? We can’t remake—shipping carriers handle transit issues.
