Smiley Makes offers reliable US shipping (USPS, UPS, ETC) for all custom orders. Expect timelines and tracking to ensure your smiles arrive promptly.

Processing Time

Custom products like glitter tumblers, wrapped journals/books/planners, and gift sets take 5-10 business days to craft before shipping.

For orders placed after 2 PM EST crafting will begin next business day; weekends/holidays/live crafted items excluded.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship domestically within the US using (USPS, UPS, ETC). Rates calculated at checkout based on weight/location; typical for tumblers/journals.

Tracking & Delivery

Track via email link post-shipment. USPS delivers to addresses/PO boxes; no APO/FPO. Inspect on arrival—contact us within 7 days for damages.

International Shipping

Currently US-only to keep costs low and smiles speedy. Updates coming soon.
